Andrew is a ‘semi-retired’ General Contractor with over 30 years of experience, and Angela has been a project manager for over 20 years in various fields. Andy is originally from the UK, with Scottish and Welsh roots, and is now proud to call the North Carolina mountains home.

Highlands Property & Construction is North Carolina insured, and certificates of insurance are provided to each client upon commencement of services.
